This year, we’ve seen God continue His beautiful work of transformation—shaping us as individuals and as a church family into the likeness of Christ. We believe Jesus is always calling us to become—to grow into His image and reflect His character in the world. That’s what it means to live a Jesus-Centered Life: to Know God, Experience Freedom, Find Meaning, and Join God in Making the World Beautiful. Every time someone takes a step in that journey, we’re reminded that our church isn’t just doing ministry—we’re becoming the kind of people and community God created us to be.
Generosity is one of the most powerful ways God forms us. Through your giving, the good news of Jesus has reached homes across our city, raised up the next generation, served the poor and vulnerable, and carried the gospel to the Amazon—bringing hope to those who’ve never heard His name. But generosity doesn’t just change others; it changes us. It loosens the grip of sin, frees our hearts to love, and connects us more deeply to Christ and His kingdom. As we close this year, I invite you to prayerfully consider how God is calling you to join us in BECOMING—to give generously, grow spiritually, and partner with Him in what He’s building through Mosaic.

Why This Matters
When we give, we join God in shaping something far greater than ourselves. Generosity isn’t just about funding ministry—it’s about becoming the kind of people whose hearts reflect His. As we give together, we grow together—seeing lives changed in our city, around the world, and within our own hearts.
Our Goal: $200,000
Every dollar given to Becoming helps fuel what God is doing at Mosaic and beyond. Half of every gift funds ministry projects across Fuel, Form, and Build. The other half closes our 2025 budget gap. Anything above our goal replenishes Mosaic’s savings for future ministry.

The Change Project - The Change Project helps us bless our neighbors in tangible, no-strings-attached ways. Each month, gifts from our church family become surprise blessings for people in need—showing God’s love in real, practical ways. This year, we’re funding more Change Project nominations so even more lives can experience hope and encouragement through your generosity.
Rock Family Center - In Argentina, where inflation is soaring and more than half the population lives in poverty, Martin and Carolina Rodriguez and their team at the Rock Family Center are serving over 100 families in their community. Our gift will provide biweekly baskets of essential food and supplies to the poorest families—along with encouragement, prayer, and practical guidance on nutrition and care. Together, we can help our brothers and sisters in Argentina experience the love and provision of Christ in a season of deep need.
Three Waves in the Amazon -This project will help deploy research leaders to the Amazon and lowlands of South America to collect vital field data from Indigenous ministry partners. Their insights will guide future outreach, assess effectiveness, and strengthen Gospel impact in remote communities. By listening to and learning from Indigenous leaders, we’re fueling the mission with wisdom that leads to lasting transformation.
Equipping Uruguay - Our partnership in Uruguay continues to grow through the work of David and Beth Roberts. This support will provide scholarships for students at Seminario Bíblico Uruguay who are preparing for ministry, and help fund evangelistic outreach events hosted at Casa Primitiva—a community coffee house that connects young people to Jesus through conversation, worship, and belonging. Together, we’re fueling the mission and forming future leaders of the Church.
Community Ministry - Our partner, Community Ministry, is facing greater need than ever before. Through 5x5x5, every $5 gift provides a family of five with food for five days. Together, our donation will help provide 30,000 meals—meeting real needs and sharing God’s love with families across our city.
Save Our Youth Resource Boxes - Save Our Youth provides one-to-one mentorship for young people navigating life’s challenges and learning to embrace hope. Our gift will help fund resource boxes for new mentor-mentee pairs—filled with activities like museum visits, coffee meetups, and creative projects that build trust and friendship. Together, we’re helping create spaces where hope takes root through meaningful relationships.
All-Stars Prom Night - All Stars is a ministry that celebrates fun, friends, and faith—serving individuals with special needs and their families. Our gift will help fund a special Prom Night, complete with dinner, karaoke, red carpet photos, and crowns and tiaras for every guest. Together, we’re creating a night to remember—where every person feels seen, celebrated, and loved by God.
Local Missions Launch Fund - The Mission Team is preparing to expand Mosaic’s outreach through new local partnerships—exploring opportunities in foster care, apartment ministry, sports outreach, and more. Our Local Missions Launch Fund will provide the resources needed to start one or two of these new initiatives in 2026, helping us reach more people with the love and hope of Jesus.
Parenting Seminar - Becoming a Jesus-Centered Generation is a weekend seminar designed to equip parents with the tools and encouragement they need to raise children who know and follow Jesus. This event will provide practical strategies, community connection, and spiritual renewal for families navigating today’s challenges. Through generosity, we’re helping parents build homes where faith takes root and hearts are formed around Christ.
Marriage Seminar - Healthy marriages don’t just happen—they’re built through grace, intentionality, and growth. This seminar will create space for couples to reconnect, strengthen communication, and center their relationship on Jesus. Together, we’re investing in marriages that reflect His love and form the heart of a thriving church family.
Re:generation / Care - Every week, people at Mosaic are finding hope through Care Ministry groups like GriefShare and DivorceCare—places where God brings comfort and restoration through community. In 2026, we’re expanding that care with Re:generation, a new ministry for anyone seeking freedom and renewal in Christ. Your generosity provides the materials, childcare, and space that make healing possible.
Grow Together - Grow Together is more than a class—it’s a journey of discipleship designed to deepen faith and unify Mosaic around the mission of Jesus. Through four six-week courses, participants explore God’s grand story, learn to live with joy, follow Jesus daily, and discover their mission in the world. Your generosity helps equip new and growing believers to form hearts fully centered on Christ.
Next Gen Tech Upgrades - Our Student Center is where the next generation gathers to worship, learn, and grow—and we want to create an environment that helps them engage fully. This project will replace aging sound, lighting, and projection systems, improving worship experiences, teaching clarity, and volunteer usability. Together, we’re building a space that helps students encounter the presence of God every week.
Worship Enhancements - We’re becoming a worshipping community—one that encounters God with beauty, clarity, and joy. This project will enhance our worship environment through thoughtful technology and design upgrades that improve visibility, engagement, and connection. Together, we’re building a space that helps people lift their eyes and hearts to Jesus.
Parking Lot - Our parking lot is the first welcome every guest, family, and neighbor experiences at Mosaic—it’s where community begins. This project takes important steps toward restoring and renewing that space, improving both safety and appearance. Each improvement reflects our commitment to excellence, hospitality, and care as we build the house God has entrusted to us.
Rebranding Expenses - Our rebrand isn’t about colors or logos—it’s about creating spaces, signage, and materials that reflect who we are becoming as a church. These updates help every guest feel seen, welcomed, and at home the moment they arrive. Together, we’re building environments that embody the warmth and beauty of the gospel.
Food Bank Rebuild - Our Food Bank is more than a pantry—it’s a place of dignity, welcome, and provision. By remodeling this space, we’ll be able to serve families with greater efficiency, safety, and warmth. Every improvement becomes part of the story of God’s provision as we build a house that reflects His compassion and care.
