Fuel: Mosaic’s Year-End Giving Campaign

Over the past few years, Mosaic has been earnestly praying and preparing for this next season and for the leader who would guide us toward our future. Well, that season has arrived! I’m honored and filled with anticipation as your new Lead Pastor, committed to seeing the gospel take root deeply in our community and to see Mosaic thrive as a vibrant, healthy, Jesus-centered, missional church.

My prayer is that we would be laser-focused on all God has entrusted to us—that we would REACH our city with the good news, GROW together in the grace and knowledge of Jesus, and BLESS our neighbors and the nations. To step into this calling faithfully, we need fuel for the journey. Your generosity will be the spark that propels us forward, ensuring we have the resources to bring our vision to life and make a meaningful impact together.

Over the past year, as we have waited on God to bring us a new Lead Pastor, we made significant budget cuts and relied on $200,000 from our savings to meet this year’s budget. We’re incredibly grateful to have had that financial safety net, but now it’s time to refuel and replenish for the future.

By fueling the budget, you’re not just restoring reserves—you’re investing in Mosaic’s ability to remain strong and ready for the opportunities God is leading us into. Your generosity ensures stability, growth, and the foundation needed to help people experience a Jesus-centered life for years to come.

God has called Mosaic to live out our mission of helping people experience a Jesus-centered life by making an impact here, near, and far.

Here focuses on the work within our church—strengthening ministries, equipping people, and creating spaces where faith can grow. Near is about engaging with our local community through partnerships and initiatives that bring hope and restoration. Far extends our reach globally, supporting efforts to share the gospel, develop leaders, and meet tangible needs around the world.

Fueling the work here, near, and far means reflecting God’s heart for transformation and joining Him in making a difference—within Mosaic, in our city, and across the globe. Together, we can create lasting impact!

KidMo Printers: At Mosaic, we want every family to feel welcomed and cared for, starting with a smooth and stress-free check-in process. Unfortunately, our current check-in printers are outdated and no longer work with our software, causing unnecessary delays. Upgrading these printers for just $1200 will streamline the process, reduce wait times, and give parents peace of mind as they drop off their kids. Your generosity helps ensure that KidMo remains a place where families feel supported, and kids are cared for well.

Ice Maker for Broken Pieces Cafe: Broken Pieces Cafe is more than a place to grab a drink—it’s a welcoming space where relationships are built and community happens. Unfortunately, our ice maker has stopped working, and replacing it will cost $1,500. Your generosity helps cover this need, keeping the cafe running smoothly and ensuring it remains a space of connection and hospitality for everyone who walks through our doors.

Grow Together: We believe that growth happens when we come together to deepen our faith and equip ourselves for God’s mission. The Grow Together Track is designed to offer discipleship classes that empower people in areas like finances, evangelism, and living on mission. With a need of $5,000, your support helps us launch these classes and provide the resources needed to help every participant take the next step in their faith journey.

Next Gen: Investing in the next generation is vital to our mission of helping people experience a Jesus-centered life. With a need of $19,500, your generosity supports essential improvements to our youth spaces, creating environments where students feel welcomed and inspired to grow in their faith. These funds will also help us prepare to bring on a full-time Youth Pastor, ensuring we have the leadership needed to guide and disciple the next generation.

Community Ministry: Through the 5x5x5 program, just $5 can provide a family of five with food for five days, offering crucial support during difficult times. Mosaic’s contribution of $1,500 will provide an incredible 22,500 meals, ensuring that families in need experience hope and care when they need it most. Your generosity makes this life-changing impact possible.

Denver Rescue Mission: The Denver Rescue Mission provides essential services like food, shelter, showers, and clean restrooms to those experiencing homelessness and poverty. These services not only meet urgent needs but also build trust and relationships, encouraging people to consider long-term solutions. Mosaic’s gift of $1,500 will help support these emergency services, along with rehabilitation programs, transitional housing, and community outreach, offering hope and a path toward stability for those in need.

All Stars: Fun, friends, and faith come together through the All-Stars Club, where individuals with special needs can enjoy first-class experiences designed just for them. These events provide opportunities to have fun, stay active, and build friendships, while also giving parents and caregivers a much-needed night of rest. Your support and our gift of $800 helps fund two monthly All-Stars Club events, making a meaningful difference in the lives of these individuals and their families.

Rock Family Center: With a need of $2,000, Mosaic’s support will help complete the renovation of the kitchen at the Rock Family Center. These funds will go toward replacing cabinets, purchasing appliances, and updating furniture. This renovation allows the center to continue meeting the needs of children in the community, providing meals for 100–120 children three times a week and creating a space that fosters care and nourishment.

Project Paraguay: With a need of $2,500, Mosaic’s support will help the Paraguayan Indigenous Network continue its vital work. In February 2025, Three Waves Leadership will join Indigenous leaders for a weeklong encounter focused on leadership development and discipleship training. This initiative builds on a three-year partnership that Mosaic has been deeply invested in, equipping leaders to serve their communities effectively. Additionally, this effort fosters collaboration between Indigenous leaders and in-country Western and Latin partners, strengthening evangelistic and discipleship efforts. Your generosity will empower and encourage these leaders as they continue to serve on the frontline of missions in their region.

Uruguay Outreach Project: With a need of $2,000, Mosaic’s support will help Steiger’s evangelistic ministry reach unchurched youth in Uruguay. Dave and Beth Roberts are involved in transforming a community house into a space for ministry by hosting events and opening a coffee shop. These funds will provide much-needed repairs, furniture, and coffee shop equipment, turning the house into a welcoming hub for building relationships and sharing the gospel. Your generosity will play a vital role in bringing hope and connection to young people who might never step into a traditional church.
