Peter Walks on Water

In Matthew 14:22–33, the disciples struggle against a storm while crossing the lake, exhausted and overwhelmed by the waves around them. But in the middle of their fear, Jesus comes walking on the water, reminding them that His presence is greater than the storm and His power is stronger than their limitations.

In this message from our "The Walk" series, we explore:

• Why following Jesus often leads us into resistance and difficulty

• How Jesus meets us in the middle of fear and uncertainty

• What Peter walking on water teaches us about faith and surrender

• Why worship grows when we realize Jesus is greater than the storm

Storms have a way of revealing our limits, fears, and need for control. But this message reminds us that Jesus doesn’t abandon us in the chaos—He steps into it, calls us to trust Him, and rescues us even when our faith feels small.
