Brownsville, Texas is an entry point for many immigrants. The town receives thousands of immigrants daily who are in need of food, water, clothing and the love of Jesus Christ. This team will support the ongoing ministry of the Brownsville Baptist Church by providing food and clothing to the homeless, sharing the message of hope and love with immigrants staying in the respite center, processing and organizing donated materials and handing out supplies to those who have just crossed the border. The trek to the United States is a long and dangerous road for many, to offer them the care and love of Jesus along with His gospel is a unique and special ministry.

Come join us as we partner with Community Ministry to Stamp Out Hunger. Our team will meet at Community Ministry for instructions. We need people with pickups and SUV/vans with the seats down. We will go to the Post Office to pick up and load donated items then unload them at Community Ministry. We will help sort and process donations. Potential for multiple runs depend on the volume of donations. Bring work gloves. All ages welcome.

Join us on May 11th as we come together to care for our community and church grounds. Mosaic sponsors Belleview Avenue, and we're expanding our efforts to include cleaning out the retention ditches, tidying up the rocks from the medians, and picking up twigs in the parking lot. APRIL 6TH | 9AM-1PM | 15 VOLUNTEERS

Open Door Ministry, one of our great local partners, needs 15 volunteers to help with property beautification tasks such as yard work, window washing, and trash pickup before their upcoming "Tour of Homes" fundraising event. It's a great opportunity for us to come together and serve a worthy cause that supports the homeless in Denver.

If you have questions, please visit the short-term missions table after service.

We prefer ages 12 and up. If younger kids join, parental supervision is required.

Please meet at 1567 N. Marion St., Denver, CO 80218.  Find free parking in our lot or surrounding streets.  We highly suggest carpooling due to limited parking.

The Wolf Point Serving Team will be helping run the Gospel Fellowship Church’s Summer Vacation Bible Adventure (SVBA) in Wolf Point, MT. The church reaches 100+ children from the 1st-5th grade and SVBA is most likely the only time they will hear The Gospel. Our team will also be making sack lunches and distributing them to the homeless community in the area, refreshing and fixing up a public building and other projects all in an effort to support and love this community in the name of Jesus.

The group going to Santiago del Estero, Argentina will come alongside Martin and Carolina of the Rock Family Center, Mosaic ministry partners. This ministry center focuses on providing families with health care information and support, homework help, tutoring, job training for adults, and free meals multiple times a week. The Santiago del Estero community has a large number of single mothers which is a main focus for the Rock Family Center.  During the trip, our team will make and deliver meals to single mothers, lead children and women's events, and painting and other improvement projects at the Rock Family Center.

Food Box Assembly

Saturday, Dec 16th, 9-11 AM Be a part of our assembly line of hope and warmth. We'll pack boxes with essential food items and holiday cheer, ensuring local families feel the love and support of our community.

Distribution Day

FERRY CLEAN-UP DAY | NOW NOVEMBER 5TH

Dedicate a morning to help out our global partners in the Amazon, the Ferrys. We will help maintain and beautify their Lakewood residence. From trimming to cleaning, and everything in between, we'll be hands-on from 12 to 4 PM.

As a special thank-you, prior to the clean-up, the Ferry family will host the clean-up team with a shared traditional South American lunch at their home at noon. Anyone ages 12 and up is welcome.

THE ROCK FAMILY CENTER IN SANTIAGO DEL ESTERO, ARGENTINA

SAVE OUR YOUTH SERVING DAY | AUGUST 5TH

Save Our Youth connects young people to hope through long-term mentoring relationships. Every year they have a Back to School BBQ to celebrate mentors and their mentees and get them ready for school. There are games, food and each mentee chooses a new backpack filled with school supplies!

We will be assisting with set-up, grilling and serving food, helping to run fun events and competitions, and playing games with members (volleyball, corn hole etc.). We are looking for 10 fun volunteers for this event!!

Age requirements: age 16 and older

The All-Stars Club provides a place of belonging centered on fun, friends and faith for friends with developmental disabilities, all while parents and caregivers are given the opportunity for respite. Volunteers for this event will be paired up as a "buddy" to a person with disabilities for the night. Buddies hang out with their participant, helping them engage and have fun in the activities provided, demonstrating the reach and power of Jesus' love for them.

Short Term Mission Trips

We are excited to announce two great opportunities for adults and teens to participate in short-term mission trips this October.

Option 1: Migrant Ministry in Brownsville, Texas

Scripture is rich with descriptions of God’s heart for the sojourners (Deut 10:18;24:14; Lev 19:10, 34-35; Matt 25:35). You can be God’s hands and feet in serving migrants legally entering the US through the border crossings in Brownsville, Texas. Participants will serve meals and provide supplies to migrants, care for the homeless and help this gospel-centered ministry process donated humanitarian supplies. Dates: Oct 12-17. Cost: Approximately $650/per person including airfare, camp-style lodging in a local church, and local transportation. Sign-up by September 1st.

Option 2: Open Door Ministries in Denver, Colorado

Love where you live. Join us as we serve at Open Door Ministries, interact with the homeless and learn about urban issues through a Christian worldview. Dates: Oct 14 (5 p.m.) - Oct 16 (6 p.m.). Cost: approximately $100 per person including lodging. Sign-up by October 1st.
